Greetings and welcome to the Stronghold of Hellsgate where chivalry is not dead, heroic tales are told, and warriors still fight for the honor of their ladies on the tourney field. The Stronghold of Hellsgate resides in the Kingdom of Ansteorra, a local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.. The lands of the Stronghold include Fort Hood, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Belton, Salado and Moody. If you have always had an interest in knights in armor, Kings and Queens on their thrones, feasts in the big hall or lords and ladies dancing, then the SCA might be for you. We eagerly wait to meet you so come out to one of our many functions and get involved. Our next event is Commander's Crucible. We are supported and assisted by the Barony of Bryn Gwlad.
